This Refund Policy applies to all training programs, certificate programs, project-based internships and other paid services offered through Deeksha InternLaunch, operated by DEEKSHA IT INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. By enrolling in a paid program, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Deeksha InternLaunch provides access to digital learning resources, training materials and educational services. Since digital content can be accessed immediately after enrollment, refunds are generally limited to the situations described below.

2. Eligible Refunds

• Duplicate payment for the same program.
• Incorrect payment due to a verified technical error.
• Cancellation of a program by InternLaunch before it begins.
• Any other situation where InternLaunch determines that a refund is appropriate.

All refund requests are subject to verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Access has already been granted to the learning materials.
• You decide not to continue after enrollment.
• You fail to complete the program.
• You fail assignments, quizzes or assessments.
• You do not receive employment or internship opportunities.
• Your account is suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions.

4. Program Cancellation

If Deeksha InternLaunch cancels a program before it begins, eligible learners may receive either:

• A full refund, or
• An option to transfer to another available program.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us through our Contact Page and provide:

• Your Full Name
• Registered Email Address
• Program Name
• Payment Details
• Reason for the Refund Request

Additional information may be requested to verify your refund request.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days. The actual time for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider. Refunds will generally be made through the original payment method.

7. Changes to Programs

Deeksha InternLaunch may update course content, learning materials, projects, schedules, or instructors to improve the learning experience. Such updates do not automatically qualify for a refund.
