Internship Policy

Effective Date: 30 July 2026

This Internship Policy applies to all internship and training programs offered through Deeksha InternLaunch, operated by DEEKSHA IT INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. By registering for, enrolling in, or participating in an InternLaunch internship program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Internship Policy and agree to comply with its applicable terms.

1. Purpose of the Internship

The primary purpose of an InternLaunch internship is to provide structured training, practical learning, skill development and professional exposure. The internship is designed to help participants develop knowledge and practical skills through learning modules, educational resources, assignments, exercises, assessments and training projects. The internship should not automatically be considered equivalent to employment or a guaranteed work assignment.

2. Training-Focused Internship Model

InternLaunch internships are primarily designed as training and skill-development programs. Depending on the selected program, training may include:

3. Live and Client Projects

Participation in live, commercial, client or production projects is not guaranteed as part of an InternLaunch internship. The Company may, at its discretion, provide selected participants with exposure to internal projects, simulated projects, demonstration projects, commercial projects or client projects. Such opportunities may depend on business requirements, project availability, participant performance, demonstrated skills, confidentiality requirements, client requirements, security considerations and other circumstances. Therefore, enrollment in an internship does not create a contractual entitlement to a live project, client assignment or production work.

4. Training Materials and Learning Resources

InternLaunch may provide participants with learning materials including tutorials, PDF documents, assignments, exercises, projects, assessments and other educational resources. These resources are provided for the participant's personal educational and training purposes. Participants must not copy, sell, redistribute, publicly upload, share login credentials or provide unauthorized access to InternLaunch learning materials.

5. Assignments and Training Projects

Assignments and projects provided during the internship are primarily intended for educational and skill-development purposes. Projects may include simulated workplace situations, case studies, portfolio projects, internal exercises or other training activities. Completion of a training project does not mean that the project will necessarily be deployed, commercially used, delivered to a client or treated as professional employment.

6. Intern Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

7. Evaluation and Performance

Where evaluation forms part of the internship program, participants may be evaluated based on module completion, assignments, projects, assessments, quality of submitted work, participation and professional conduct. Specific internship programs may have additional completion requirements.

8. Internship Completion Certificate

Where an internship completion certificate is offered, eligibility may depend on the participant satisfying the completion requirements specified for the applicable program. Enrollment or payment alone does not automatically create an unconditional right to receive an internship certificate. The Company may verify completion requirements before issuing a certificate.

9. No Guarantee of Employment

Participation in an InternLaunch internship does not guarantee:

10. Academic Integrity and Conduct

Participants are expected to submit their own work unless collaboration is expressly permitted. Plagiarism, impersonation, falsification, unauthorized account use, dishonest assessment practices, harassment, misuse of Company resources or other serious misconduct may result in suspension or termination of access to the internship program.

11. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Participants must not disclose, misuse or distribute confidential information belonging to the Company, its clients, employees, partners or other parties. InternLaunch training materials, documentation, software, branding and other proprietary materials remain the property of the Company or their respective rights holders unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Suspension or Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate a participant's access to the internship program where reasonably necessary due to fraud, serious misconduct, unauthorized access, account sharing, confidentiality violations, intellectual-property violations, harassment, illegal activity or other material violations of applicable terms and policies.

13. Program Changes

Deeksha InternLaunch may reasonably update or modify the curriculum, learning materials, assignments, assessments, schedule, delivery method, instructors or platform features in order to improve the learning experience or maintain the relevance of the program. Such changes do not automatically create a right to a refund or other compensation, subject to the applicable Refund Policy and law.

14. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected through InternLaunch will be handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Participants should read this Internship Policy together with the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
